Smart exclusions
Staff badges, trolleys, prams and repeat in-and-out passes near the doorway can be excluded so your reported traffic reflects genuine visits, not noise.

What size doorways or entrances can Nano cover?
A single Nano unit comfortably covers entrances up to around 3 metres wide when mounted at the recommended height. Wider entrances or multiple doors are covered by installing additional units, all reporting into the same BoostBI dashboard.
Does Nano work without a permanent power point nearby?
Nano is powered over a standard USB-C connection, so it can run from a nearby power point, a PoE (Power over Ethernet) splitter, or a mains adapter placed discreetly above the doorway.
Can Nano count more than just entries and exits?

How is Nano different from a basic infrared beam counter?
A simple infrared beam only detects that something crossed a line and can't reliably tell people apart when they walk side by side or close together. Nano's depth-based sensing builds an actual 3D picture of the doorway, which is how it reaches 99% accuracy in busy, real-world conditions.
