About Us FAQs
Is People Counter Australia the same company as RetailCare?
People Counter Australia is our people counting and analytics brand, operated by RetailCare Pty Ltd from our Burnley, Victoria office. Sales, support and billing all run through the RetailCare team.
Do you install outside Victoria?
Yes. We support customers across Australia, including remote guided self-installation and shipped hardware for sites outside our immediate Melbourne service area. Get in touch and we'll confirm the best install option for your location.
What if we outgrow our initial setup?
Nano and BoostBI are both designed to scale — add sensors to new doorways or entire new sites at any time, and they roll straight into your existing BoostBI account alongside your existing locations.
